A £15 ticket costs your customer £15. Not £15 plus fees at the checkout, which is where most baskets get abandoned.

Put your door team on their own logins. They see the numbers and work the scanner — they can't touch the money.
What it costs
50p per ticket sold, plus card processing at cost. Nothing upfront, nothing monthly, and nothing at all on an event that doesn’t sell.

Card processing is Stripe’s standard UK rate of 1.5% + 20p, charged at cost with nothing added by us. Overseas and commercial cards cost a little more.
Money goes into your own Stripe account, so you are the seller of record. Refunds stay between you and your customer, as they should.
