Open the ticket link from your order, or log in to My tickets - it is always there, and resending it does not need us.

Refunds are the promoter's decision, because the contract for the event is with them and the money went to them. Their contact details are on the event page - we will help you reach them, but we cannot overrule them.
Selling tickets, or want to list an event?
Booking and promoter enquiries go to the same address the promoter page and list your event already print.
