Secure tickets?

Each QR code gets one person in. The first scan admits and every copy after it is refused.

A screenshot passed on, or a second phone, is turned away. No app and nothing to print: the code on your phone is the ticket.

Lost my ticket?

Open the ticket link from your order, or log in to My tickets.

Your private ticket link opens straight after you pay, so it is worth saving. If a code will not scan, door staff can type in the code printed under the QR.

Resell tickets?

Only ever for what you paid, never more. How fair resale works

Cannot go? List it from My tickets. It sells at face value, your old QR stops working and the buyer gets a new one.
